Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior E-commerce CRM Lead to own market-specific sales plans across HK, SG, and Vietnam. You will translate targets into site, CRM, and membership initiatives and collaborate with local marketing to deliver high-converting customer experiences across stores and digital channels.

You will design CRM logic, optimize the conversion funnel, and manage live messaging programs. English proficiency is required; Cantonese/Mandarin are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience owning e-commerce sales targets and/or customer acquisition KPIs in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong numerical ability with demonstrated experience pivoting strategy mid-year to course-correct performance.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own market-by-market e-commerce sales plans and KPIs across HK, SG, and Vietnam.
• Translate commercial targets into actionable site, CRM, and membership initiatives.
• Partner with local marketing to ensure aligned, high-converting customer experiences across physical stores and digital channels.
• Design robust CRM logic, including customer segmentation, RFM modeling, loyalty mechanics, consent, and list hygiene.
• Optimize the e-commerce conversion funnel via site merchandising priorities, campaign landings, UX/SEO briefs, and on-site tools (search, chat, personalization).
• Set system logic and governance rules for ESP, membership, and messaging stacks in close collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Manage live EDM, SMS, and membership programs—moving beyond static calendars to real-time engagement.
• Oversee weekly site performance, offer architecture, landing pages, and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Continuously track metrics; design mid-period recovery plans when targets are at risk.
• Lead weekly performance reviews tracking targets vs actual, new vs existing sales, conversion, and LTV.
• Provide clear, noise-free commercial insights to executive leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and modern tech capabilities in daily operations to drive speed, efficiency, and channel innovation.
