Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in ECM or relevant investment banking role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or related discipline.
• Strong ECM origination and execution knowledge.
• Ability to lead transactions from origination to execution.
• Excellent communication with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency to engage Mandarin-speaking clients in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Originating ECM transactions alongside senior bankers across ECM and coverage.
• Develop and maintain institutional investor relationships for market intelligence.
• Focus on China and APAC Technology opportunities, supporting issuance and execution.
• Prepare client presentations, pitches, RFPs and thought leadership for the tech sector.
• Deliver market analysis and shareholder targeting to support origination.
• Collaborate with global ECM teams in New York and London on strategic initiatives.
