Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in business management/COO/strategy roles.
• Proactive, accountable and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to execute within demanding deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Work with Senior Management to formalize business priorities and execute initiatives.
• Analyze data using qualitative and quantitative tools to interpret insights.
• Understand and prioritize business needs for short and long-term objectives.
• Solve problems with focus on client, firm, advisor, and business impact.
• Pursue process efficiencies and enhance client/advisor experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Lead responses to exams by Compliance Testing, Internal Audit, and Regulators.
• Establish and lead working groups across departments.
• Support advisors with client queries and direct them to outcomes.
