Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an APAC Client Solutions Assistant Manager (Bid/Pursuits) to support growth across the Advisory business. You will develop customized proposals, pricing models, and client materials, collaborating with internal experts and leadership to deliver persuasive pursuit documentation for regional and global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate or business development is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and global pursuits through solution development, commercial analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Deliver high-quality bid and sales marketing documentation within tight deadlines.
• Assist in the development of complex commercial and pricing proposals.
• Coordinate with international, multi-disciplinary teams to respond to requests for proposals.
• Conduct comprehensive client research to inform pursuit strategy and engagement.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to create customized, persuasive content.
• Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral to reflect current CBRE service offerings.
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements within the sales and pursuit workflow.
