Job summary

Apex Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Client Onboarding Manager for the Asia Pacific region, based in Hong Kong. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, coordinating between Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance and Technology, and ensuring smooth transitions under Group Policy.

The candidate will engage with clients, manage KYC processes, and support integration of new funds and services while working closely with regional leadership to improve onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has basic knowledge and experience in the fund services industry and client onboarding.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience with coordinating multiple internal functions and project management.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for onboarding and integration of new business clients in APAC region.
• Coordinate internal teams to project lead new business opportunities and transitions in APAC.
• Provide regular onboarding status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Host project calls and maintain plans to track progress and KPIs.
• Develop best practices and operating models for onboarding processes across the group.
