Job summary

Aspire is building the financial operating system for growth-stage businesses across APAC, with cash management as the next frontier. You will own end-to-end sales efforts for mid-market companies, translating deep transaction banking expertise into a scalable commercial motion.

You’ll engage CFOs and Treasury leaders across HK and China, shaping how Aspire’s cash management product evolves while partnering with Product to define the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking.
• Proven track record acquiring and growing corporate relationships.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Pioneering new-logo acquisition for mid-market accounts in HK and China.
• Dissect treasury and cash management pain points across multi-entity structures.
• Position Aspire as the modern alternative to incumbent banks.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasury managers.
• Collaborate with Product to feed market requirements into the roadmap.
• Educate GTM, marketing, and leadership on this segment's buying behavior.
