Job summary

Aspire is seeking a founding commercial leader for its cash management business in APAC, based in Hong Kong. You will translate deep institutional experience in transaction banking into a scalable commercial motion for high-growth mid-market companies, shaping how Aspire’s cash management product evolves.

You will prototype the ICP, sales motion and client narratives, build executive relationships, and partner with Product to define the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in transaction banking, cash management, or corporate banking (institutional background preferred).
• Proven track record acquiring and growing corporate relationships in cash management, payments, and liquidity.
• Fluent across transaction banking products: multi-currency accounts, collections, payables, liquidity management, FX.
• Comfortable selling to CFOs and treasury leaders in a consultative, solutions-led motion.
• Able to navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes with long cycles.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer new-logo acquisition for mid‑market accounts in HK and China.
• Own discovery into treasury and cash management pain points and position Aspire as modern alternative.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Treasury.
• Partner with Product to feed market requirements back into the roadmap.
• Serve as internal authority on transaction banking, informing GTM and leadership.
