Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking an autonomous Analytics Engineer to own data excellence across Quality, Packaging, CSR/ESG, and Costing. You will design robust data pipelines, establish a Single Source of Truth, and build interactive Control Tower dashboards that translate raw data into high-impact business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in analytics/MI/reporting for operations or supply chain, sustainability, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling for senior/non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Data inventory, profiling, and establishing a single source of truth within 90 days.
• Translate operational needs into clear reporting definitions with stakeholders across Quality, Packaging, CSR/ESG, and Costing.
• Collaborate with Digital/Tech to automate and standardize data pipelines and improve refresh reliability.
• Implement data quality controls and governance; provide guidance to users and partners.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and risks; deliver actionable process improvement recommendations.
• Design and deploy stakeholder-friendly dashboards (Agile iterations) for real-time decision-making.
• Present insights and track follow-ups with business owners as a data bridge.
