BOCI is seeking an Analyst/ASSO/AVP for Centralized Procurement within Financial Management in Hong Kong. The role focuses on enhancing procurement policy, promoting central projects, and managing supplier databases.

Strong English/Chinese writing and team leadership are essential. Responsibilities include policy implementation, bid evaluations, and coordinating project reviews, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

The Role

Key Accountabilities

• Enhancing and implementing the procurement policy and relevant internal control requirements to ensure the central procurement work is compliant and efficient;
• Preparing central procurement plan and promoting the implementation of central procurement projects;
• Implementing the management of central procurement suppliers and expert database;

Skills & Experience

• University graduate or above;
• Degree in finance, computer science, information technology or other related disciplines would be an advantage;
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management or procurement management (most preferable);candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Strong writing skill both in English and Chinese, Strong analytical skill;
• Good communication and team management skill, great team player;
• Highly resilient and able to work under pressure;
• Good spoken in English and Chinese, able to work independently using English.
