Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co. is seeking a junior research analyst in Hong Kong to support capital markets research and analysis. You will analyze share price performance, identify trading patterns, and provide explanations and recommendations.

Responsibilities include monitoring consensus estimates, interpreting market sentiment, and assisting in-house research while maintaining databases; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with knowledge of capital markets
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, CS, Accounting, Communications, Business Administration, or related
• 1–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, investment management, or financial communications; tech/new economy sector is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team-player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Requirements :

Strong business acumen, with a genuine interest in and solid knowledge of capital markets

A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline

1-2 years of experience in research, data analysis, investment management, or financial communications; experience in the technology or new economy sectors is an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills

Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team-player

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data visualization tools

Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
