Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join the Operational Excellence and Data Solutions Team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on driving AI tool adoption, enabling colleagues, and building local advocacy through AI Champions.

You will standardise data definitions, improve data quality, and support regional analysis to prepare for future AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above required, preferably with analytics exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technology, including training and change management.
• Working knowledge of data governance, data quality and management reporting; familiarity with AI/ML tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills; team player across levels.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SQL and Power BI/Tableau are a plus.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operational Excellence and Data SolutionsTeam. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Drive broad, structured adoption of approved AI tools — effective use, training, risk awareness, and compliance, not just access.
• Lead colleague enablement and training, and build local advocacy through a network of AI Champions.
• Identify practical AI use cases, reinforce governance standards, and run feedback loops to improve usability.
• Standardise key fields and business definitions across systems (e.g. GCMP, GCEdge, OpenTWINS) and agree ownership of critical data elements.
• Improve local data quality controls and data-entry discipline, and clarify how data is structured in backend systems.
• Support regional analysis and reporting and enable future AI and automation through better data readiness.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
