This role is specifically designed for a doer who thrives on direct execution and possesses solid, practical experience in the day-to-day administration and statutory filings of Cayman Islands and BVI entities. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong "can-do" attitude, taking personal ownership of portfolio maintenance from onboarding to filing. Daily BAU Operations: Take direct charge of Business-As-Us-ual (BAU) statutory duties, including drafting/reviewing board resolutions, written resolutions, minutes, and maintaining updated statutory registers.
Statutory Filings & Compliance: Handle hands-on preparation and submission of offshore filings, ensuring total compliance with key regulatory mandates including Economic Substance (ES), Beneficial Ownership (BO), and AML/KYCrequirements.
Corporate Changes: Personally process corporate transactions such as share transfers, change of directors, restructurings, continuations, strike-offs, and liquidations.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary operational contact to coordinate directly with Offshore Licensed CSP/Trust firm, offshore law firms, and regulatory authorities, while bridging workflows seamlessly with internal client service and compliance teams.
Operational Guidance:Lead by example within the team, ensuring operational best practices and providing practical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on complex filing procedures.
Education: Degree holder in Corporate Governance, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of solid, hands-on experience in offshore corporate administration. Experience working within Offshore Law Firms or Offshore Licensed CSP/Trust Firms is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Deep, practical familiarity with Cayman Islands and BVI filing systems, portal operations, local corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.
Professional Credentials: Formally qualified or currently studying towards HKCGI/CGI or CPA/ACCA designations will be highly regarded.
Work Attitude: Strong execution-oriented mindset with a meticulous attention to detail; a dedicated team player who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently under tight timelines.
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory.
