Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Partner & Alliances Director for Hong Kong & Taiwan to drive partner revenue and alliance planning across the region. Based in Hong Kong, you will build relationships with GSIs, Big 4, AWS, and local partners, leading co-selling and revenue commitments.

You will coordinate with sales and marketing to create regional GTM campaigns, track ARR and pipeline, and ensure operational excellence in partner programs. Strong English and Cantonese/Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in partner management, SaaS alliances, or channel sales driving end-to-end deals.
• Experience with Big 4 or GSIs and cloud partner ecosystems including AWS co-selling and AWS Marketplace.
• Fluency in English with business-level Cantonese and Mandarin for regional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute North Asia partner strategy across GSIs, Big 4 and advisory firms, AWS, and local partners.
• Drive lead generation and top-of-funnel campaigns to build a predictable pipeline.
• Lead day-to-day deal management and co-selling with partner reps and direct sales teams.
• Engage senior partner executives to establish joint operating cadences and revenue commitments.
• Conduct account planning with sales leaders to identify market gaps and target accounts.
• Maximize revenue through AWS co-sell initiatives and AWS Marketplace deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to design regional initiatives and events.
• Track metrics like partner-sourced ARR, pipeline, and win rates; resolve friction.
