Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing electronic risk management and controls.
• Expertise in orchestrating proprietary algorithmic trading strategies.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
• In-depth knowledge of market risk tracking, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee electronic risk management and financial controls.
• Provide expert guidance and approval for all automated trading strategies.
• Orchestrate proprietary algorithmic trading strategies to mitigate position-based risk exposure.
• Proactively monitor and respond to incoming market information and economic announcements.
• Leverage Python and SQL to create essential tools for detecting and debugging live trading issues.
• Ensure real-time market risk tracking and compliance with regulatory and corporate risk limits.
• Conduct insightful quantitative data analysis, identifying valuable patterns and trends.
• Inform research team recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Design a comprehensive Python class for swift analysis of trading and market datasets, positional information, and risk-related data.
