Job summary
Ferrari Logistics (Asia) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented airfreight coordinator to manage full set of airfreight documentation and assist on-site cargo handling at Chek Lap Kok. You will liaise with internal teams, customs, airlines, and handling agents to ensure timely shipments, with a 5-day week and potential overtime.
The role requires HKCEE/HKDSE or above, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong English/Chinese communication.
Qualifications
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above is required.
- 1 year of relevant air forwarding experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word), and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of both English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and responsibility.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of airfreight import/export documentation (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, licenses).
- Assist on-site cargo handling processing at the terminal for import/export shipments.
- Liaise with internal teams, customs, AFCD, handling agents, and airlines for shipment arrangements.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
