Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking an energetic logistics professional to manage airfreight documentation for import and export, including MAWB/HAWB, manifests and licenses. You will assist on-site cargo handling and coordinate with customs, agents, and airlines to ensure smooth shipments.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, bilingual English and Chinese, plus attention to detail and reliability. Immediate availability is preferred and a discretionary bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• 1 year of relevant air forwarding experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of airfreight import & export documentation (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, licenses) for timely operations.
• Assist with on-site cargo handling at the terminal for import/export shipments.
• Liaise with internal team, customs, AFCD, terminal handling agents and airlines for shipment arrangements.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
