Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies – Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Machine Learning concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that leverage Generative AI and AI Agent technologies to automate, simplify, or enhance business workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
• Assist in documenting business requirements, process maps, and improvement recommendations
• Participate in pilot projects and proof-of-concept activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and tracking
