Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, AI, consulting or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM applications and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong understanding of applying AI to business processes, workflows and productivity.
- Technical background with ability to understand code, APIs or technical concepts, not mandatory for hardcore development.
Responsibilities
- Work with business users to understand workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
- Explore and apply the latest AI tools, models and capabilities to business use cases.
- Act as an AI subject matter expert and support adoption of AI solutions.
- Evaluate new AI trends, products and upgrades and assess their business potential.
- Help manage AI agents, workflows and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and improve AI solutions.
- Share AI knowledge, best practices and developments with internal stakeholders.
