Crypto.com is seeking a proactive AI Enablement & Security Specialist to help teams adopt AI tools, build automated workflows, and improve security around AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, turning business needs into practical AI solutions from day one.

In this role, you’ll guide teams on what AI can do, document reusable patterns, and stay current with security frameworks like OWASP LLM Top 10.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-powered tooling.
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical people and translate concepts into plain language.
• Can write code or scripts to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can meaningfully improve business workflows across teams.
• Design and build AI-powered automations and workflows.
• Prototype and iterate with teams, documenting patterns and reusable components.
