Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support or IT operations role.
• Experience with identity and access management, MDM, and endpoint security tools.
• Some exposure to patch management and laptop repair.
• Familiar with vulnerability scanning and interpreting results.
• Awareness of AI tools and security implications at work.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed and able to drive momentum without follow-up.

Responsibilities

• IT support: first line of support, resolve issues, meet SLAs.
• Endpoint management: full lifecycle of devices and virtual desktops.
• Patch management: keep endpoints and servers up to date.
• Vulnerability management: run scans, prioritize risk, drive remediation.
• Access & identity: provisioning and deprovisioning with least privilege.
• Threat prevention: implement and monitor controls (DLP, email, network).
• Asset management: track devices and ownership.
• Onboarding & offboarding: set up users and revoke access.
• AI enablement & security: assess AI tool risks and guardrails.
