TEKsystems is seeking an AI Project Manager to join a growing AI team within a leading global retail organization in Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and digital product initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data scientists, and QA.

This role goes beyond traditional project tracking; you''ll ensure understanding of what the product aims to achieve, who the users are, and how the solution creates business value, from planning

• Proven experience leading AI and technology projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and SDLC.
• Experience with project governance and PM methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Genuine interest in AI with examples of using AI tools or automation to solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI and technology projects from initiation through delivery and launch.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Establish project governance and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change controls.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to understand dependencies and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness.
• Work with Product and Business teams to ensure solutions deliver the intended business value.
• Identify delivery issues early and proactively drive solutions.
• Explore practical ways to use AI and automation to improve project delivery and team productivity.

We are looking for an AI Project Manager to join a growing AI team within a leading global retail organization.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and digital product initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, Data Scientists, and QA teams.

This role goes beyond traditional project tracking. We are looking for someone who understands what the product is trying to achieve, who the users are, and how the solution creates business value, while ensuring projects are delivered successfully from initial planning through production launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI and technology projects from initiation through delivery and launch

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders

Establish project governance and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change controls

Work closely with developers and technical teams to understand dependencies and delivery constraints

Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness

Work with Product and Business teams to ensure solutions deliver the intended business value

Identify delivery issues early and proactively drive solutions

Explore practical ways to use AI and automation to improve project delivery and team productivity

What We’re Looking For

Strong Technology Project Management / Delivery Management experience

Proven experience independently leading projects end-to-end

Good understanding of the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle

Practical knowledge of project governance and PM methodologies

Strong understanding of testing, UAT, and release management

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Commercial mindset with an understanding of customer and business value

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently

Genuine interest in AI, with examples of using AI tools or automation to solve real problems or improve workflows
