Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior AI Delivery Lead to own delivery of an enterprise AI initiative, align stakeholders and present to executives.

You will drive the rollout of AI-enabled workflows, manage risk and dependencies, and prepare business cases for Steering Committee meetings while collaborating across business, operations, technology and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Consulting background highly preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong executive presentation, storytelling and deck-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Interview Initiative for agent onboarding from planning through implementation.
• Own the end-to-end project delivery plan, governance framework and stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Drive collaboration across business, operations, technology and vendor teams.
• Create executive-level presentations, status updates and business cases for senior leadership and Steering Committee meetings.
• Present project progress, recommendations, risks and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Manage the rollout of AI interview capabilities and AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting, documentation and productivity.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues, implementing mitigation plans where required.
• Support broader AI adoption initiatives and promote innovative ways of working.
