Job summary

JustOneGalaxy Recruitment Limited is seeking an AI Business Analyst / Project Officer / Assistant Project Manager (Bank, AI Project & Solutions). You will support the AI & Digital Project Manager by reviewing timelines, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and coordinating cross-functional meetings to drive end-to-end UAT and documentation.

The role offers exposure to bank-wide AI and data transformation programs and a clear path to grow into full project management.

Qualifications

• Experience writing UAT test cases and functional specs.
• Ability to map As-Is and To-Be processes with diagrams.
• Experience in requirement gathering and milestone tracking.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules, milestones, and deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Elicit, document, and clarify business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Draft, execute, and track UAT tests; document defects and resolutions.
• Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
• Coordinate with IT teams and data scientists to ensure alignment and progress.
