Job summary

IT Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Project Management Officer to support a Major Bank on GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives. You will assist the project manager in planning, execution and monitoring, coordinating activities, resources and timelines for timely completion.

Requirements include a degree in CS/IS/Math/AI, 1+ year IT project coordination experience (AI a plus), formal AI/LLM training, and strong English and Chinese communication. Junior candidates may be considered for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, AI or related subjects.
• 1 year+ experience in IT project coordination, AI project is an advantage.
• Formal training in AI, LLM technologies is highly preferred.
• Good spoken and written communications in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as junior positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks.
• Assist in budget control and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and timeframe.
• Execute the administrative tasks.
