Seamatch Asia Limited is seeking a Banking Business Analyst/ System Analyst to support AI banking projects and global payment initiatives in Hong Kong. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals considered with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives.
• Work closely with Front Office to Back Office stakeholders, IT teams and vendors.
• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate UAT execution.
• Perform data and issues analysis and account posting analysis for FX, MM and precious metals.
• Assist in project management and implementation; coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
