Job summary

Richemont seeks an AI Lead to steer Generative and Predictive AI initiatives from ideation to production, shaping strategic AI-enabled value across the organization. You will manage complex programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion responsible AI practices in a dynamic luxury-tech environment.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions while driving adoption and measuring impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Predictive AI from experimentation to production.
• Hands-on Python and SQL; cloud experience; familiarity with MLOps.
• PM/Agile certifications; proven project management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources and manage execution within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Align business, data and technology stakeholders across regional/global levels.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation, ensure privacy and security.

YOUR MISSION

As AI Lead within our Digital Acceleration Team, you will turn the possibilities of Generative AI and Predictive AI into meaningful, real-world impact, leading high-impact initiatives from idea and experimentation to implementation.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited by the rapid evolution of AI, curious about what comes next, and eager to experiment, learn and build new solutions. You will combine strong AI expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiate, plan, execute and deliver projects against clear objectives, aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, setting realistic timelines, allocating resources effectively, and managing project execution to ensure timely completion within budget. Translate the AI strategy into a focused roadmap of Predictive AI and Generative AI use cases, leading initiatives from discovery and experimentation through scalable production deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, managing communication, and resolving conflicts to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success. Build strong alignment across business, data and technology teams at regional and global levels, and help stakeholders translate business challenges into valuable, feasible AI opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges to minimize negative impacts on project outcomes. Ensure AI solutions meet appropriate standards for performance, reliability, data privacy, security and responsible AI.
• Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, timelines, or resources, assessing the impact of changes, and implementing change control processes to maintain project integrity and minimize disruptions. Adapt delivery choices as technologies and business priorities evolve, while supporting the adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working.
• Communication and Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress, communicating key milestones and risks, and preparing reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving project-related problems and issues, using analytical and critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions, and escalating issues as needed. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, rapidly test new approaches, and determine which ideas are sufficiently valuable and robust to move beyond experimentation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level required; advanced degrees are a plus, particularly in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related fields.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Predictive AI, including LLMs, machine learning and modern AI development approaches, from experimentation through production.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL and cloud environments; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and MLOps practices is highly valued.

• Proven experience and certifications in Program Management and Agile methodologies.

• Genuine passion for the evolution of GenAI, with the curiosity and hands‑on mindset to continuously explore, experiment and turn new possibilities into real applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, willing to challenge the status quo and energized by taking ideas from concept to impact.

• Change management and/or consulting experience are a plus.
