Job summary

HK03 Richemont Asia Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an AI Lead to drive Generative and Predictive AI initiatives within the Digital Acceleration Team.

You will translate strategy into a practical AI roadmap, manage cross‑functional stakeholders across regions, and deliver production‑quality AI solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead planning, execution and change management, ensuring responsible AI, data privacy, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Predictive AI, including LLMs and modern AI development approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and cloud environments; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and MLOps practices.
• Proven experience and certifications in Program Management and Agile methodologies.
• Genuine passion for GenAI evolution; curiosity and hands-on mindset to explore and implement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and driving ideas to impact.
• Change management or consulting experience is a plus.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, setting realistic timelines, allocating resources effectively, and managing project execution to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Translate the AI strategy into a focused roadmap of Predictive AI and Generative AI use cases, leading initiatives from discovery and experimentation through scalable production deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, managing communication, and resolving conflicts to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success. Build strong alignment across business, data and technology teams at regional and global levels, and help stakeholders translate business challenges into valuable, feasible AI opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges to minimize negative impacts on project outcomes. Ensure AI solutions meet appropriate standards for performance, reliability, data privacy, security and responsible AI.
• Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, timelines, or resources, assessing the impact of changes, and implementing change control processes to maintain project integrity and minimize disruptions. Adapt delivery choices as technologies and business priorities evolve, while supporting the adoption of new AI-enabled ways of working.
• Communication and Reporting: Providing regular updates on project progress, communicating key milestones and risks, and preparing reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving project-related problems and issues, using analytical and critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions, and escalating issues as needed. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, rapidly test new approaches, and determine which ideas are sufficiently valuable and robust to move beyond experimentation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level required; advanced degrees are a plus, particularly in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related fields.
