Job summary

Bullish is seeking an AI Engineer for Internal Tools & Automation to accelerate our digital asset platform. You will prototype with LLMs, build agentic workflows, and own production AI systems from concept to deployment.

You’ll collaborate across Trading, Operations, and Custody to identify friction and ship tooling that measurably improves speed and reliability. A hands-on, fast-moving environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Evidence you move fast with LLMs.
• Experience running multiple coding agents in parallel.
• You can coordinate between agents and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a business counterpart to identify bottlenecks and build tools.
• Move autonomously across the organization to gather requirements and data access.
• Ship fast using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Python-based solutions.
• Build and maintain production AI systems (RAG pipelines, agents, workflows).
• Run workshops to help non-technical teams use what you build.
• Define metrics, track them, and report impact.
