Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for our trading desk to accelerate development, automate workflows and boost productivity across researchers, developers and traders. You will build AI-powered tools and agentic AI solutions, integrate them into production systems, APIs and data pipelines, and apply advanced Python software engineering to financial markets.

This is not a pure ML role; we want a strong Python engineer with hands-on AI experience delivering real-world

Qualifications

• Excellent Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on AI / Agentic AI project experience across real-world use cases.
• Experience with financial markets and trading workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools, agents and workflows that accelerate research, development and trading teams.
• Integrate AI solutions into production systems, internal tools, APIs, repositories and data pipelines.
