Job summary

Bullish is seeking an AI Engineer — Internal Tools & Automation in Hong Kong to accelerate product ops with autonomous AI tooling. You will prototype with LLMs, build agentic workflows, and own tools from concept to production across Trading, Operations, and Custody.

The role emphasizes rapid delivery, observability, and measurable impact. You will collaborate with a business partner to scope bottlenecks, secure data access, and ship fast with the right automation stack.

Qualifications

2+ years shipping internal tools used by teams.
Evidence you ship production AI tooling.
Ability to translate business needs into software.
Documentation of SOPs and checklists.
Experience coordinating with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience moving fast with LLMs and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify bottlenecks and build tools to fix them.
Gather requirements, secure data access across teams.
Ship using fit-for-purpose tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, or Python).
Build and maintain production AI systems (RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation).
Run workshops and training for non-technical teams.
Define metrics upfront and report impact.
