Techforce Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Foundry Trainer & Adoption Consultant to drive AI adoption across business and technology teams during a major digital transformation. You will deliver hands-on training on Azure AI Foundry and enterprise AI solutions, build AI proof-of-concepts, and help upskill both technical and non-technical staff while defining success metrics and ROI frameworks.

The role involves advising stakeholders on AI use cases and governance to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and enterprise AI applications.
• Proven track record in training, enablement, or technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops on Azure AI Foundry and enterprise AI solutions

Build and showcase AI proof-of-concepts that address real business challenges

Upskill technical and non-technical teams across multiple functions

Advise stakeholders on AI use cases, feasibility, limitations, and implementation approaches

Support the development of an AI adoption roadmap and best practices

Define success metrics and ROI frameworks for AI initiatives

Mentor internal AI resources and provide practical guidance on solution development

Evaluate AI tools and approaches within Hong Kong and China technology constraints

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry

Experience building and delivering AI proof-of-concepts in enterprise environments

Strong track record in training, enablement, or technical consulting roles

Ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders

Experience assessing AI feasibility and translating concepts into business outcomes

Strong understanding of AI adoption, governance, and implementation best practices

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure technologies is an advantage
