Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field; data science, AI, statistics, economics or quantitative background preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist, deploying models in production at scale with monitoring and alerting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer science foundations, systems engineering, and programming.
• Proficiency in Python and Python-based ML frameworks; familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with large language models and optimization of their usage for applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing skills in a consulting environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity for emergent tech and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and deploy ML models and data pipelines to support training and production with DevOps/MLOps.
• Customize Deep Learning and Gen AI models for various use cases, including edge devices and HPC.
• Research and develop new AI algorithms and simulations for client applications.
• Work with large-scale datasets and apply data preprocessing for high-quality inputs.
• Implement data storage and retrieval for models and knowledge assets.
• Justify model approaches to business problems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end projects.
