Job summary

Venturenix is seeking a knowledgeable, engaging Generative AI Trainer for part-time, hourly work in Hong Kong. You will design and deliver sessions focused on maximizing productivity using Microsoft Copilot Pro and building custom AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate translates complex AI concepts into practical workflows for both non-technical users and technical teams, enabling effective adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Pro or Copilot for M365.
• 1–2 years in technical training, instructional design, or corporate upskilling.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, APIs, and basic workflow automation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, interactive training sessions (webinars, workshops, 1-on-1) on Copilot Pro and Copilot Studio.
• Develop/update training materials: prompt guides, cheat sheets, video tutorials, hands-on exercises.
• Teach Copilot Pro integration with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to automate tasks and analyze data.
• Instruct on Copilot Studio for creating, testing, deploying copilots and integrating data sources.
• Serve as SME during sessions, answering technical and workflow questions about Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
• Collect post-training feedback to refine course content and delivery methods.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, engaging, and tech-savvy Generative AI Trainer on a part-time, hourly basis. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training sessions focused on maximizing productivity using Microsoft Copilot Pro and building custom AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can translate complex AI concepts into actionable, everyday workflows for both non-technical business users and technical teams looking to build custom conversational agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct live, interactive training sessions (webinars, workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching) on how to effectively use Copilot Pro and Copilot Studio.
• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, including prompt guides, cheat sheets, video tutorials, and practical hands-on exercises.
• Copilot Pro Training: Teach users how to integrate Copilot Pro into Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to automate tasks, analyze data, and accelerate content creation.
• Copilot Studio Training: Train advanced users/developers on how to create, test, and deploy custom copilots, manage topics, configure plugin actions, and integrate with external data sources.
• Q&A & Support: Serve as the subject matter expert during sessions, answering technical and workflow-related questions about Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.
• Feedback & Optimization: Gather post-training feedback to continuously refine course content and delivery methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience working extensively with Microsoft Copilot Pro (or Copilot for M365) and Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Training Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or corporate upskilling (AI training experience is a huge plus).
• Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles to guide users toward high-quality AI outputs.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, APIs, and basic workflow automation logic is highly desirable for the Copilot Studio training. Microsoft MVP is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and patiently.
