Qualifications

• University degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chinese Medicine, Chemistry, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, GMP, ISO is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare products, FMCG or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product technical support and product-related projects.
• Coordinate applications, renewals and maintenance of GMP, ISO and other regulatory licences and certifications.
• Develop knowledge of company products, ingredients and technical information.
• Conduct product, market and competitor analysis to support growth.
• Leverage AI tools for market research, data analysis, reporting and presentation development.
• Support product positioning, marketing strategy and brand development.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
• Support product training and sales initiatives.
