Chaos Theory in Hong Kong seeks a Technical Product Manager to own products end to end, from stakeholder conversations to delivery, launch and ongoing improvements. AI tools guide market analysis, data, and prototyping to inform decisions.
You’ll run discovery, design, AI-augmented analysis and go-live support, shaping the roadmap and ensuring clear success metrics for features. A strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and pragmatic trade-offs.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own our products end to end. That runs from the first stakeholder conversation, through the spec, sign-off and delivery, to launch and the improvements that follow. Our engineering team ships quickly, and much of what keeps a project moving happens outside the code. That’s where you come in.
AI tools are central to how you’ll work. You’ll use them every day for market analysis, user data and working prototypes, so decisions rest on evidence and stakeholders react to something real, not a slide. It’s a high-ownership role, and a full roadmap is already waiting, spanning user engagement, acquisition and customer intelligence.
Your day starts with deep focus on the PRD for the next loyalty release: user stories, edge cases, and a Mermaid diagram so engineering and QA see the same flow. You prototype the one interaction you’re unsure about with an AI coding tool. It works better than you hoped.
On your way to grab a coffee, someone stops you: a creator partner wants a change before launch. You check the cost with an engineer and agree it waits for the next iteration. Nobody feels brushed off. Lunch is with a couple of engineers, half roadmap ideas, half everything else.
After lunch, the scope session with leadership flies, because your prototype answers half the questions before anyone asks.
Then yesterday’s release starts misbehaving. You dig in: a quick SQL query, a fix agreed with engineering, stakeholders kept in the loop. It’s sorted before the day is out, and the engineer who fixed it gets the credit.
You shape the product. You protect the team’s focus. You ship what matters.
We’re based in Hong Kong’s SoHo district, across six floors of office, gym, yoga studio and entertainment space. From there we work with colleagues around the world to shake things up in one of the most exciting places on the internet today: the digital center of sports, entertainment and cryptocurrency.
We move fast and stay close to the code. Show us what you’ve built: a GitHub link, a technical blog post or a project portfolio. Under NDA? Redact the names, keep the logic.
