Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/IT/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, or project coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with multitasking focus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong presentation and documentation skills; proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management activities and assist in coordinating project execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Follow up with project team members and stakeholders on outstanding actions.
• Support governance and reporting activities and develop dashboards.
