Job summary

PROLOGUE is recruiting for talent in event planning, production & design to strengthen our team in Hong Kong. We seek candidates with 1+ year of solid experience in event management, production and design, and intermediate design skills, with an AI-enabled workflow mindset.

The role covers the full cycle of sizeable events including government projects, with emphasis on creativity, project management, and meticulous administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of solid full-time experience in event management & event-based production.
• Proficiency in design software (including Adobe Suite) and design-related generative AI tools.
• Strong project management skills; attentive to detail, highly organized, accurate and punctual.
• Bilingual writing skills in English; fluent Cantonese required.

Responsibilities

• Support the full cycle of sizeable events and governmental projects, delivering conference, banquet, award ceremony, launch PR event, exhibition, and corporate campaign.
• Support the planning of campaign key messages, creative concepts, target audience, and implementation strategies.
• Design event production materials, including key visuals, backdrops, booklets, props, and souvenirs; or collaborate with design partners to execute these materials in large-scale projects.
• Provide meticulous administrative support, including participant RSVP and inquiries, tracking project timelines, drafting progress reports for clients, client servicing, and project evaluation.
• Assist managers in handling budgets, accounting, sub-contractors, and logistics.
