Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Manager to own the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site, driving end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to activation with high autonomy and measurable impact.

You will own core platform features (Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, Market pages), design onboarding flows to boost new user conversion, and partner with AI teams to turn model capabilities into user value while collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

5–10+ years in product management, fintech/crypto AI products preferred.
Strong UI/UX sensibility and design thinking for 2C products.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to define success metrics.

Responsibilities

Own core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI and Market pages.
Design onboarding flows to improve new user conversion and activation.
Iterate on personalization strategies with engineering to deliver personalized content.
Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI teams on search/recommendation and LLM initiatives to create user value.
Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
