Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager with a strong AI and Web3 background to drive Agent product design, the Harness evaluation framework, and end-to-end task validation.

You will coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and business partners to ship Agent-powered features across Wallet, Trading, Payments, and other Binance business lines, while staying current on MCP, tool-calling, and prompt evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-enabled product features and agent functionalities.
• Proven ability to define problems, decompose workstreams, and drive execution in ambiguity.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and business.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic.
• Build and maintain the Harness evaluation framework and drive iteration.
• Collaborate with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to ship specs.
• Identify high-value Web3 use cases across Binance business lines.
• Track metrics like task success rate and user satisfaction to guide improvements.
