Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience in fintech/crypto or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of 2C product design, UI/UX principles.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and iterate based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive core platform features across site components and AI personalization.
• Design onboarding flows and user journeys to improve activation and conversion.
• Collaborate with AI teams to translate model capabilities into user value.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
