Job summary

HKT is seeking an experienced Automation Platform Engineer to design, develop and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that support a range of use cases. You will write production-quality Python code for automation scripts, integrations and data pipelines connecting AI agents with enterprise systems.

You will apply AI knowledge, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AI platforms, to evaluate and deliver practical automation solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in software development or automation engineering.
• Experience with AI/GenAI technologies and agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes and Ansible is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI agents and automation workflows for use cases.
• Write production-quality Python code for automation scripts, integrations and data pipelines.
• Apply AI knowledge (LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks) to deliver practical automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including M365, Security, Infra for reliable automation.
