Job summary

Linkers International Limited is hiring an AI Agent Platform Engineer for a leading e-commerce platform in Hong Kong. You will architect, build, and maintain full-stack agentic workflows across TypeScript, Python, frontend, backend, and data pipelines to seamlessly integrate user intent, contextual memory, dynamic recommendations, and real-world actions.

You will design robust APIs, SDKs, and interfaces that enable creation, execution, inspection, and monitoring of complex AI agent workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/SE or related fields.
• Hands-on production experience with TS, Python, modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, and databases.
• Experience building or integrating LLM workflows, agent frameworks, tool calling, and API integrations.
• Ability to translate vague product requirements into scalable technical decisions.
• Proven ability to build reliable asynchronous systems and rate-limited API interactions.
• Experience shipping user-facing products in fast-paced tech environments.

Our client is a leading MNC e-commerce platform with business around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain full-stack agentic workflows across TypeScript, Python, frontend, backend, and data pipelines to seamlessly integrate user intent, contextual memory, dynamic recommendations, and real-world actions.
• Design and deploy robust APIs, SDKs, and internal interfaces that enable the creation, execution, inspection, and monitoring of complex AI agent workflows.
• Bridge high-level conversational context with operational backends to ensure seamless multi-session continuity, dynamic intent tracking, and accurate execution of e-commerce actions.
• Partner directly with research, infrastructure, and product teams to translate ambiguous concepts into scalable, user-centric AI agent features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Strong hands-on production experience with TypeScript, Python, modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, and database systems.
• Demonstrated background building or integrating LLM workflows, agent frameworks, tool calling, and API integrations.
• Ability to take vague product requirements, make sound technical decisions, and iterate rapidly based on real-world user behavior and data.
• Proven capability in building reliable asynchronous systems, rate-limited API interactions, and user-permissioned automation.
• Practical experience shipping user-facing products from initial design to production deployment within early-stage, fast-paced tech environments.
