Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited seeks an experienced AI Agent Builder to design and develop the Agent module for its intelligent R&D and operations platform. You will own end-to-end development, from requirements to testing, and collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver robust agent capabilities.

You will work with Go/Rust/C/Java, LangChain and LlamaIndex, focusing on prompts, tooling, and observability to ensure secure, scalable AI solutions across English and Chinese communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in networks, OS, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Go/Rust/C/Java; familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and Kafka; strong data modeling.
• Knowledge of large models, APIs, Agent SDKs, prompt templates, RAG, and state management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design and development of the AI Agent module for the intelligent R&D and operations platform.
• Break down pain points in R&D and operations; translate requirements into Agent capabilities; drive model selection and prompt optimization.
• Build the Agent evaluation and quality assurance system; design evaluation sets, metrics, regression tests, and monitoring.
• Develop Agent reliability: observability, fault tolerance, permission isolation, prompt protection, and auditing.
