Job summary

The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) invites applications for Educational Development Manager to lead and advance the AI and Digital Competency Strategy within the Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology in Tai Po, Hong Kong.

The role includes providing strategic guidance to academic staff and students, delivering professional development on AI tools and edtech, liaising with industry and government partners, and supervising Centre staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI and digital competency strategy implementation.
• Ability to design and deliver professional development on AI tools and edtech.
• Experience coordinating programs with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support for implementing the AI and digital competency framework.
• Advise teaching staff and students on pedagogically effective AI tool use.
• Design and deliver workshops and seminars on AI tools and technologies.
• Liaise with industry, government, and peer institutions to progress the agenda.
• Manage and coordinate technology-enhanced learning projects.
• Represent the Centre on boards/committees as directed.
• Monitor quality assurance of services provided by the Centre.
• Supervise Centre staff as assigned by the Director.
• Perform other duties as required by the Director.
