Job summary

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) Digital Learning Department invites applications for an Educational Designer to provide pedagogical support for e-learning initiatives, CANVAS, AI tools, blended and immersive learning, and funded projects.

Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience managing educational projects at the tertiary level, with strong English writing; Cantonese/Putonghua is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience managing educational projects at the tertiary level.
• Experience with AI in learning and pedagogy is advantageous.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and multimedia resources is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to the pedagogical developments of Digital Learning’s initiatives.
• Support academic staff in the effective use of CANVAS and AI tools.
• Lead blended and immersive learning projects and professional development activities for staff and students.
• Coordinate funded projects and quality assurance processes.
