Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program offers an internship for current students or recent graduates to work on algorithm strategies for user growth. You will build lifecycle models (LTV, churn) and design A/B tests, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive measurable growth.

We seek candidates pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/AI-related fields with solid ML knowledge and Python/SciKit-Learn experience. Availability: at least 4 days/week for 3+ months; remote/hybrid options may apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Available to intern for at least 4 days per week, with a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and familiar with models (LR, GBDT, DNN).
• Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in data analysis and modeling (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Strong SQL skills to independently extract and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of algorithm strategies for user growth.
• Build user lifecycle models (LTV, churn, conversion) from behavior data to drive decisions.
• Design and run A/B tests to evaluate growth strategies and optimize outcomes.
• Explore user features with ML and causal inference to improve retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to translate capabilities into business growth.
