Job summary

Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Manager / System Analyst / Assistant Manager to lead AI cloud infrastructure and security initiatives for a public sector client. You will design secure, scalable cloud AI platforms and manage cross-functional delivery.

Requirements include a degree in IT or Computing, 5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on Docker/Kubernetes, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT or Computing subjects.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good technical background in public clouds (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux or OpenStack infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and scalable AI platforms.
• Familiar with international information security standards, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Proficiency in deploying and securing LLMs, APIs, and agentic AI workspaces.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure AI infrastructure on cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage deployment pipelines for LLMs, agentic AI applications, and automation tools.
• Conduct security risk assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits.
• Implement data governance, identity management, and secure API integrations.
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and resilience under load.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure security‑first project delivery.
• Maintain documentation including risk registers, audit logs, and compliance reports.
