Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT application system implementations for CSB. You will head a team of IT officers, oversee AI-enabled projects, and coordinate with vendors on design, development, testing and deployment.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership and communication skills in English and Cantonese, with experience in government IT projects.

Qualifications

Diploma holder or above in IT/CS or related disciplines.
At least 10 years post-qualification IT experience, with ≥5 years in a similar post.
Experience in government IT projects and AI-related projects.
Experience supervising 10+ IT officers for system maintenance.
Strong analytical, risk management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese).

Responsibilities

Overall project management for application system implementation.
Lead a team of IT officers to maintain and support IT applications and to study IT plans and audits.
Manage AI-enabled projects and vendor relationships; conduct procurement activities.
Provide technical advice to management and users; supervise system development and deployment.
Handle after-hours problem resolution and maintenance for IT projects.
