Job summary

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and operate production systems.
Excellent system design, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with modern AI platforms, LLMs, and related AI tooling.
Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Ability to independently drive projects from concept to production.
Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
Experience evaluating AI systems and development/code-assistance tooling.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI-powered applications, assistants, and agentic workflows
Create integrations between AI systems and internal tools, repositories, databases, and knowledge sources
Design and implement AI agents that can interact with enterprise systems and APIs
Evaluate new models, frameworks, and AI tooling for production adoption
Partner with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases
Help establish AI engineering standards and best practices across the HFT function
