Job summary

China Mobile International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to define and drive the company's AI application architecture and evolution roadmap, ensuring solutions align with business strategy and scalability across multiple scenarios.

You will evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies, lead PoC to scaled deployments, mentor the AI team, promote best practices, and report progress and ROI to senior management while fostering internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/AI/SE or related fields.
• 5+ years of software architecture or technical management experience.
• 3+ years of AI-related project experience.
• Proficient in mainstream LLM stacks and their application patterns.
• Familiar with Agent frameworks and technologies with hands-on implementation preferred.
• Understand enterprise system integration and API design; microservices experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the company's overall AI application architecture and evolution roadmap.
• Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge AI technologies and establish tech standards.
• Design scalable AI architectures for rapid deployment across scenarios.
• Lead AI application lifecycle from PoC to scaled implementation.

• Develop the company's overall AI application architecture and evolution roadmap, ensuring technical solutions align with business strategy
• Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge AI technologies (LLMs, Agents, Agent frameworks, etc.) and establish technical selection standards
• Design scalable and reusable AI application architectures to support rapid deployment across multiple scenarios
• Work closely with business units to identify AI empowerment opportunities in daily office work, production operations, business development, and management
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI application scenarios from PoC validation, solution design to scaled implementation
• Build a library of AI application best practices and promote cross-departmental knowledge reuse
• Lead the AI application team, providing technical guidance and capability development for team members
• Conduct AI tool training and workshops for all employees to enhance overall AI literacy
• Establish an AI application community to foster internal knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation
• Establish an AI application effectiveness evaluation system to quantify efficiency improvements and cost savings
• Continuously monitor AI application usage, collect feedback, and iterate for optimization
• Regularly report AI transformation progress and ROI analysis to senior management

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of software architecture or technical management experience, with 3+ years of AI-related project experience
• Proficient in mainstream LLM technology stacks (such as GPT, Claude, Kimi, Tongyi Qianwen, etc.) and their application patterns
• Familiar with Agent frameworks and technologies, with hands-on implementation experience preferred
• Understand enterprise system integration and API design, with microservices architecture experience
